Job description: The Physical Therapist provides direct patient care utilizing appropriate age-specific standards of practice for physical therapists in regard to all patient populations served. Works independently and collaborates well with other team members in obtaining patient-centered goals within Henry Ford Allegiance Health.
Minimum Education
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program, Masters or Doctorate degree is required.
- One year experience providing physical therapy in healthcare setting.
- Current Michigan licensure for Physical Therapy.
- Valid Michigan drivers license and dependable vehicle insured as required by the State of Michigan.
- Ability to problem-solve
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must have knowledge about the care of neonate, pediatric adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Physical Therapist is highly preferred.
- Experience in homecare.
