What You Will Do:

The Microsoft 365 Administrator is an information technology specialist who provide hands-on technical support to manage and maintain the company’s Office 365 tenants and related technologies. This includes but is not limited to management, configuration, and maintenance of Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams. This position will also be involved in new acquisitions and Office 365 tenant migrations.



Responsibilities include:


  • Managing mail flow, administering user and group management within Office 365

  • Coordinating system activities with various stake holders and other technology support groups

  • Troubleshooting and problem determination and problem resolution

  • Identification and development of automation to improve processes, workflow, or system availability

  • Ensuring that Office 365 is properly monitored and maintain system documentation

What You Will Need:

  • US Citizenship is contractually required for this role

  • 2+ years Office 365 Exchange Online and SharePoint Online

  • 2+ years PowerShell scripting.

  • Knowledge of an on-premise Exchange server environment

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.

  • Knowledge in O365 Power Platforms

  • Bachelor's degree in any field

The annual salary range for this position is $91,600.00-$137,500.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
