• Assist in managing the Teens Division of our library, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for young readers.
• Help teens locate and select appropriate books, resources, and materials based on their interests and reading levels.
• Organize and maintain the shelving of books, ensuring they are accurately categorized and easy to find.
• Provide support in planning and executing engaging events, workshops, and reading challenges for teenagers.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to encourage regular library usage among teens.
• Collaborate with the library team to curate relevant reading lists and displays to promote diverse literary interests.
• Offer basic technology assistance to teens accessing digital resources and e-books.
• Maintain accurate records of library transactions, memberships, and overdue materials.
• Uphold the library's policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and inclusive atmosphere for all visitors.
