Key Responsibilities: • * Handle incoming customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. • * Assist passengers with booking, reservations, ticketing, and flight information. • * Resolve customer issues, including flight disruptions, baggage concerns, and itinerary changes, with empathy and efficiency. • * Collaborate with internal departments to address customer feedback and improve service quality. • * Utilize company systems and resources to accurately document customer interactions and maintain records. • * Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to customers. • Required Skills and Qualifications: • * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • * Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others. • * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • * Proficiency in computer navigation and data entry. • * Adaptability and resilience in handling challenging situations. • * Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred. • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to successful candidates. Working Hours: This is a remote position with flexible working hours. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate customer needs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • * Knowledge of airline industry practices and procedures is a plus. • * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. • * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • * Fluency in multiple languages is an asset but not required.
