Client Support Manager - Remote Work

The Client Support Manager at Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP) is a crucial role responsible for managing and maintaining strong client relationships. This position is remote and part-time, offering a unique opportunity to work flexibly while contributing to a globally recognized brand.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide effective solutions
  • Monitor client accounts and ensure all contractual obligations are met
  • Provide regular updates to clients on new products, promotions, and initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling CCEP products and services to clients
  • Analyze client feedback and data to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall client experience
    Requirements:
  • Associate Level Seniority with at least 5 years of experience in client support or a related field
  • Driven and adaptable personality traits
  • Strong strategic planning skills and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management tools and software
  • Experience in the beverage or FMCG industry is a plus
