Client Support Manager - Remote Work

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Monitor client accounts and ensure all contractual obligations are met
- Provide regular updates to clients on new products, promotions, and initiatives
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling CCEP products and services to clients
- Analyze client feedback and data to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall client experience
- Requirements:
- Associate Level Seniority with at least 5 years of experience in client support or a related field
- Driven and adaptable personality traits
- Strong strategic planning skills and emotional intelligence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in customer relationship management tools and software
- Experience in the beverage or FMCG industry is a plus
