Artificial Intelligence - AI Program Manager

They are looking for a Program Manager to establish and ensure the sustainability of an AI Center of Excellence, aiding the client's operational efficiency.

In this role you can expect to... have the responsibilities: ?? Manage overall program and project management activities for timely communication and execution ?? Oversee the development and maintenance of program charters, project plans, and risk mitigation strategies ?? Implement continuous improvement protocols for AI projects and initiatives ?? Develop a comprehensive program roadmap with milestones and timelines ?? Collaborate with senior leadership to define program objectives and KPIs ?? Oversee multiple projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget ?? Utilize project management methodologies for resource allocation and risk management ?? Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution ?? Develop training and resource plans and best practices documentation ?? Conduct stakeholder meetings to promote AI technology adoption ?? Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in AI initiatives ?? Track and analyze program performance using data-driven insights ?? Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders ?? Implement feedback mechanisms to incorporate lessons into future programs ?? Stay updated with latest AI advancements and provide technical guidance ?? Evaluate and recommend AI tools and frameworks

This role requires you to have:
?? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
?? 5+ years of experience in program and project management
?? Strong understanding of AI technologies and machine learning frameworks
?? Knowledge of data privacy and regulatory considerations in AI
?? Proven record of managing complex programs
?? Excellent communication and leadership skills
?? Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple priorities
?? Ability to obtain a DOE Q-Clearance

You would benefit from having:

?? PMP or PgMP certification
?? Experience in a national laboratory setting
