Key Responsibilities...

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance customer support efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers and internal teams.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues and adapt to various situations.

Previous Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or support role is preferred but not required.
