Required Skills and Qualifications: ??? * Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language. ??? * Proficiency in using social media platforms for professional purposes. ??? * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ??? * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. ??? * Familiarity with Disney products, services, and the brands values. ??? * Customer service experience, preferably in a social media or online support setting. ??? * Technical proficiency with CRM software and other customer support tools. ???
