?? Stay informed about product updates, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Requirements: ?? Proven experience in customer support or a related field. ?? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ?? Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions in a timely and... professional manner. ?? Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically. ??
