Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US healthcare industry, specifically within the realm of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This role is pivotal in driving the growth and expansion of our RCM services by identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies to penetrate new markets.

Key Responsibilities: • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape within the US healthcare RCM sector. • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing connections within the healthcare industry. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations. Understand their needs, challenges, and objectives to offer tailored RCM solutions. • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth. • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients. Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company goals. • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and market feedback. Adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results. • Compliance: Ensure all business development activities adhere to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and other relevant laws.

Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of business development experience in the US healthcare industry, with a focus on Revenue Cycle Management. • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of RCM processes, including coding, billing, claims processing, denials management, and payer contracts. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. • Skills: • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Travel: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events.
