Fully Remote Chat Support Representative - $25-$35/hr | Work from Anywhere
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Chat Support Representative to provide excellent customer service to our clients. In this role, you will communicate with customers via email and live chat to resolve their inquiries and issues. As a fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere as long as you have a reliable internet connection.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the Knowledge Base provided.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction.
Achieve and maintain established performance metrics.
Work with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
Excellent verbal and written... communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with chat software similar to Facebook Messenger.
