- Utilize cloud-based technology to handle caller interactions using multiple screens
- Type detailed messages free of spelling and grammatical errors
- Communicate professionally and showcase a friendly personality
- Navigate high call volume in a fast-paced environment
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot minor computer issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous work experience at a call center is a plus
- Must reside in Georgia, Texas, or North Carolina
- Reliable hardwired internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps Upload

- Self-motivated and highly driven
- Ability to work independently
- Multitasking skills
- Monday - Sunday all day availability
- Minimum of 2 hours of weekend availability required
