Responsibilities: ?? Lead and manage the business development team, comprising sales representatives and account managers. ?? Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share... ?? Provide direct coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to optimize their sales effectiveness. ?? Prospect and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. ?? Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings. ?? Understand client needs and objectives to tailor solutions that meet their requirements. ?? Negotiate and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets. ?? Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in softwares like HubSpot CRM, Microsoft teams, Zapier. ?? Collaborate with the sales manager and other team members to optimize sales strategies and tactics. ?? Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities. ?? Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction. ?? Represent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. ?? Continuously strive for personal and professional growth through training and skill development opportunities.
Requirements: ?? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. ?? At least three years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service, preferably in the Medicare and insurance sectors. ?? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering a collaborative team environment. ?? Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making. ?? Proficiency in using software and sales tools i.e. HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Teams, Zapier. ?? Direct experience in managing a business development team and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ?? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing market conditions and priorities. ?? Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ??
