Remote Inside Sales Agent

Shifts are Evenings and Weekends....

Responsibilities: ?? Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency ?? Resolve customer issues or concerns with empathy and accuracy ?? Provide product information and assistance to customers ?? Maintain customer records and update information in the database ?? Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries ?? Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals ?? Work nights and weekends ?? Monday - Friday 5-10pm ?? Sat and Sunday 8:30-2pm and 2-10pm.

Qualifications: ?? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ?? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently ?? Previous customer service experience preferred ?? Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems ?? High school diploma or equivalent ?? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
