Key Responsibilities: ?? Customer Service: ?? Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients and partners. ?? Communicate effectively with customers regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and any changes or delays. ?? Data Entry: ?? Accurately enter and maintain customer and shipment data into the company??s database and software systems. ?? Ensure data integrity by verifying and correcting any discrepancies in the information provided. ?? Scheduling: ?? Coordinate and schedule pickups and deliveries to optimize efficiency and meet customer requirements. ?? Work closely with drivers and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate scheduling. ?? Shipment Tracking: ?? Monitor and track shipments from origin to destination, providing real-time updates to customers as needed. ?? Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to shipment delays or disruptions. ?? Cross-Functional Collaboration: ?? Collaborate with other departments such as dispatch, logistics, and warehouse teams to streamline operations and address any operational challenges. ?? Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements and problem-solving initiatives. ?? Organization and Punctuality: ?? Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities effectively. ?? Arrive on-time and adhere to scheduled work hours to ensure reliability and consistency in performance. ?? Work Ethic: ?? Qualifications: ?? Bachelor Degree; additional education or certifications in customer service or logistics is a plus. ?? 2+ years in customer service, preferably within the trucking or logistics industry. ?? Proficiency in data entry and working with databases or CRM systems. ?? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ?? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ??
