Pathfinders Inc is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our client for a contract opportunity!

THIS IS FULLY REMOTE! All equipment provided and work from home.

Responsibilities: ?? Conduct outbound calls to potential customers ?? Handle customer service inquiries and problems ?? Receiving inbound customer calls ?? Identify what are the customer??s needs and then route them to the appropriate department ?? Handling a blended call center environment with make outbound and taking inbound calls ?? This position supports sales and is centered on different client campaigns related to corporate needs ?? Document all call information accurately in the system

Requirements: ?? High School Diploma or GED required ?? 1 to 2 years of related experience ?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ?? Proficient in outbound calling techniques ?? Outbound dialing, upselling experience preferred ?? Telemarketing, timeshare, cold calling phone sales is a plus ?? Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience is a plus ?? Ability to handle a fast paced environment and able to multi-task
