Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM ?? 5 PM (with flexibility)
Responsibilities
?? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
?? Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
?? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
?? Provide product and service information to customers.
?? Assist with order placement, refunds, or exchanges.
?? Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs.
?? Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
?? Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.

Job Requirements
