Job Title: Amazon Chat Support Specialist

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities: ?? Provide exceptional customer service through live chat support. ?? Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests related to their Amazon orders. ?? Resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism. ?? Document and track customer interactions and feedback. ?? Requirements: ?? High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. ?? Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in an online environment. ?? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ?? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ?? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ?? Familiarity with Amazon??s platform and products is a plus. ?? Proficient in using computers and various software applications. ?? Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
