Key Duties & Responsibilities
?? Tailored Instruction: Deliver individualized lessons aligned with each student's IEP to foster their academic success and personal growth.
?? Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and track student development to ensure they meet learning milestones.
?? IEP Development: Collaborate with parents, educators, and support staff to create and adjust IEPs for students, ensuring that their learning objectives are met.
?? Parental Communication: Maintain strong relationships with families by providing regular updates on student progress and strategies for support at home.

What We??re Looking For ?? Qualifications: ?? Bachelor??s or Master??s degree in Special Education ?? Valid Michigan teaching certification with a Special Education endorsement ?? Experience: ?? A minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with special needs, preferably in an online environment ?? Skills & Traits: ?? Proficient in virtual teaching tools and adaptive technology ?? Compassionate, adaptable, and a strong communicator
