Job Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to Apple customers via phone, chat, and email. Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues for a wide range of Apple products, including Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and more. Educate customers on the features and functionality of Apple products and services. Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues, software glitches, and other technical problems. Assist customers with account-related inquiries, including billing, subscriptions, and account security. Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Familiarity with Apple products and services preferred. Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
