### Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction post-service.

- Uphold the companys high standards by meeting performance benchmarks and maintaining a thorough understanding of customer service protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve service delivery and address recurring issues.
- 6. **Time Management:**
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet service level agreements in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Flexibly adapt to schedule changes and peak periods of customer inquiries.
### Requirements
- **Experience:**
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting or hospitality industry.
- **Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Customer Service or related fields is a plus.
