Job Description:

As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries via live chat. This role requires a high level of customer interaction, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities: ?? Respond to customer inquiries promptly through live chat. ?? Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. ??
