Responsibilities:
Assist associates with complex inquiries

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year in retail, contact center operations, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred: At least 6 months of supervisory experience
Location: Work-from-home opportunities available in authorized states
