Position Summary
The New Business Development Healthcare Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving the sales of healthcare services. This role involves working cross-functionally with delivery teams to develop and execute business plans, build a robust sales pipeline, deliver compelling client pitches, and onboard new clients to meet annual sales revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients.
Identify and target potential new clients to expand the customer base.
Articulate the features and benefits of Connexio Healths services effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Drive the renewal process and implement client-specific renewal strategies.
Introduce new products, services, and industry expertise to drive client penetration and business growth.
Conduct sales calls and presentations to maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
Maintain a database of customers and prospects using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.com.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer relationships through onboarding, business reviews, and service agreement renewals.
Serve as a strategic advisor, developing campaign strategies to address clients' commercialization gaps.
Maintain confidentiality of all customers, business partners, and company information in accordance with confidentiality agreements.
Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in healthcare.
3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, client services, customer success, or a related field.
Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare, Management, Nursing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
Familiarity with healthcare commercialization strategies, including omnichannel sales and marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional presentation skills, capable of engaging C-level executives both in-person and virtually.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
Willingness to be flexible and take initiative.
