Job Description

XYZ Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor for our Customer Service team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team of customer service representatives and ensure that we provide exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities

?? Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
?? Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
?? Prepare regular reports on team performance and customer feedback.

Requirements
?? Proven experience as a customer service supervisor or similar role.
?? Strong leadership and team management skills.
?? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
?? Proficiency with customer service software and tools.
?? Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
?? Ability to work independently and manage remote teams.
?? High-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.

Educational Qualifications
?? Bachelor??s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
