?? Join Gabb Wireless to provide world-class customer support for safe tech products.
?? Support customer inquiries about account management, device troubleshooting, billing, etc.
?? Answer incoming calls and provide high-quality support to our customers.
?? Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
?? Work closely with supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity.
?? Continually learn about products and services to enhance knowledge.

Requirements: ?? 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service ?? Quiet dedicated work-space in your home, free from distractions (please note, you cannot be a primary caregiver during your shifts) ?? Exceptional communication skills and the ability to react quickly when speaking with customers ?? Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately ?? Enthusiastic and can-do attitude that... radiates positivity and dedication to each customer ?? Previous experience with Calabrio, Gladly, Dialpad, or other call center software preferred
