Requirements
Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and customer service roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Proficiency in CRM tools and social media management software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities
