What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers, ensuring prompt and courteous responses
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of internal policies and procedures to assist customers effectively
Utilize automated systems for accurate data entry and information retrieval
Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary
Document call details and maintain accurate records of interactions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2+ years of customer service or telephone experience in a call center environment
Proficient verbal and listening skills for professional customer interactions
Effective PC skills, including proficiency in electronic mail and industry-standard applications
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Completion of medical terminology course(s)
Knowledge of medical terminology and/or experience in the health insurance industry
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
