Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual (English & Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team. This remote position involves managing a phone switchboard and ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate extensions.

Key Responsibilities: ?? Answer and manage incoming calls on the phone switchboard. ?? Direct calls to the appropriate extensions or departments. ?? Provide accurate information to callers when necessary. ?? Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. ?? Assist with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements: ?? Fully bilingual in English and Spanish. ?? Excellent communication skills. ?? Strong customer service orientation. ?? Positive attitude and willingness to learn. ?? No prior experience required.
