Our client, a well-established international financial advisory company based in Spain, is seeking a Financial Services Administrator to join their remote team. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of administrative experience in the international financial planning industry. The candidate should be well-versed in UK pensions paperwork and possess knowledge of... dealing with international life companies.
Key Responsibilities: ?? Provide administrative support to financial advisors in managing international client portfolios. ?? Handle paperwork related to UK pensions, including transfers and pension schemes. ?? Liaise with international life companies, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. ?? Process and maintain accurate records of client data, policies, and transactions. ?? Assist in preparing reports, client reviews, and other documentation required by advisors. ?? Coordinate with different stakeholders in various jurisdictions.
Requirements: ?? You should be able to speak English. ?? Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in the international financial services industry. ?? Proven experience handling UK pensions and familiarity with international financial regulations. ?? Strong organizational and communication skills. ?? Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. ?? Familiarity with international life insurance companies and their products. ?? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software is an advantage.
