Job Title: Customer Service Manager - Bedding Product Expert

Job Description:

We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to provide exceptional support to our valued customers and become an expert on our bedding client's products. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries promptly, and fostering positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities: ?? Customer Service: ?? Provide timely and effective customer service via phone, email, and chat. ?? Respond to all email and chat inquiries within 30 minutes. ?? Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism. ?? Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges. ?? Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times. ?? Product Expertise: ?? Become a thorough expert on our bedding client's product line, including materials, features, benefits, and care instructions. ?? Confidently answer product-related questions and provide recommendations to customers. ?? Stay up-to-date on... new product launches and promotions. ?? Communication: ?? Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in American English, both verbally and in writing. ?? Maintain professional and friendly interactions at all times. ?? Team Management (If applicable): ?? Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives. ?? Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback. ?? Ensure the team adheres to the 30-minute response time for email and chat inquiries.

Skills Required:

Experience:
?? Prior experience in customer service is required.
?? Experience in the bedding or home goods industry is a plus.
