Key Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and mentorship to your team, managing daily activities and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain technical design documents, creating application modules that align with performance standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, clients, and development teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet defined requirements.
• Tackle complex business challenges with creative problem-solving techniques, offering both technical and functional support to production systems.
• Guide team members through training and support initiatives while leading efforts to refine processes and applications.

Required Skills
• 10+ years of experience in application development and technical leadership, particularly within Medicaid systems and financial subsystems.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL Server, systems integration, and financial payment processing.
• Familiarity with AWS, .NET technologies, and stored procedure development is advantageous.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, coupled with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven track record of technical leadership and expertise in relevant fields.
