Job Overview

As a Virtual Special Education Teacher, you will:
?? Create Individualized Education Plans (IEPs):

Develop and implement tailored plans to meet each student??s unique learning needs.
?? Deliver Engaging Instruction:

Provide interactive virtual lessons across a variety of subjects, adapting your approach to fit student requirements.
?? Track Student Progress:

Monitor and assess student performance, making adjustments to instructional strategies as needed.
?? Collaborate Effectively:

Partner with families and fellow educators to foster a supportive learning environment.
?? Maintain Documentation:

Keep accurate records of student progress and IEP developments.

Qualifications
?? Educational Background:

Bachelor??s or Master??s degree in Special Education or a related field.
?? Licensure:

Valid Special Education license in Minnesota.
?? Experience:

Previous experience working with elementary students with diverse learning needs is preferred.
?? Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable using technology for effective remote teaching.
