• Consistently meet established daily quotas for data entry tasks
• Handle personal and confidential member information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Document and record member information accurately according to specified procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Proficient in PC operations and navigation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Strong written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
