About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Call Center Sales and Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients from your home. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our... products and services. Minimum Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficient in basic computer skills • Must be 16 years or older

Responsibilities: • Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients • Identifying customer needs and promoting our products and services • Resolving customer issues and escalating as necessary • Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
