Responsibilities: ?? Assist the teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and classroom activities. ?? Provide individual and small group instruction to students as needed. ?? Monitor student behavior and provide appropriate support and redirection. ?? Prepare and maintain classroom materials and supplies. ?? Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom culture. ?? Assist with student supervision during recess, lunch, and other activities. ?? Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff. ?? Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: ?? High school diploma or equivalent. ?? Experience working with children preferred. ?? Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ?? Ability to work collaboratively with a team. ?? Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
