Key Responsibilities
Input a substantial volume of data from various sources into the company database.
Ensure meticulous and timely entry of necessary data for claims and application processing.
Enter customer and account information into the appropriate fields within the company database software.
Identify and rectify any discrepancies through appropriate quality control measures.
Review data for inconsistencies and seek clarification for incomplete documentation.
Notify relevant department leadership regarding any issues with the system.
Maintain a production log to accurately document all time and work.
Execute additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
