?? Looking for a Scheduling Operations Specialist to support patient and family scheduling needs.
?? Responsible for ensuring a consistent experience for accessing Equip providers.
?? Supports care collaboration with external providers.

Requirements: ?? Bachelor??s degree in health sciences, business administration, communications or relevant field required ?? Minimum 2 years experience on an operational team in a fast-paced, scaling environment ?? Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and multi-task with strong attention to detail ?? Ability to navigate ambiguity ?? Ability to work cross-functionally with clinicians and technical teams ?? Knowledge of HIPAA policies and... procedures ?? Proficiency with cloud-based communication and software (Slack, G-suite, Zoom & EMR) ?? Schedule: 8a-5p PST; preference for people who reside in Pacific or Mountain Standard Time.
