    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Monitor and evaluate distributors' performance against Luxury market goals
  • Grow Treasury Wine Estates Luxury portfolio depletion volume, feature, and distribution
  • Assist in developing distributor pricing and program strategies
  • Formulate market plans by channel and account
  • Collaborate with distributor salespeople and management to execute programs effectively
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional outside sales experience
  • Three-tier management experience
  • Wine/Alcohol beverage experience
  • Strong understanding of luxury sales and consumer habits
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience managing chain accounts in both on and off-premise settings
  • Strong negotiation and mediation skills
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining key trade account relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Passion for wine and continuous learning in the industry
