• Actively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce and sell our products and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that showcase the value of our offerings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive sales experience.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.
• Assisting customers in setting up their accounts.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-up with leads.
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to refine strategies and improve outreach techniques.
• Explain how our product and services directly resolve the customers issues and enhances their experience.
• Explain how our product’s features that deliver tangible benefits to the customers.
• Explain what makes your product or service different from competitors.
• Mention any special deals, unique features, or benefits they won’t find elsewhere.
