Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative. This part-time, remote position is perfect for someone who excels at assisting customers with account questions, billing inquiries, and basic technical support.

Key Responsibilities: ?? Provide exceptional customer service via phone. ?? Address and resolve customer account and billing inquiries. ?? Assist customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access. ?? Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. ?? Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.

Schedule:
?? Weekdays: 5 PM ?? 10 PM (Monday to Friday).
?? Weekends: 10 AM ?? 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday).

Qualifications: ?? Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. ?? Basic technical knowledge, including familiarity with internet and network troubleshooting. ?? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. ?? Reliable high-speed internet connection and a working computer at home. ?? A quiet, dedicated home workspace free of distractions. ?? Previous experience in customer service or IT support is a plus but not required.
