?? As the Director of User Research, you??ll be passionate about creating a deep understanding and empathy for our users
?? You??ll conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to inform product development and design decisions
?? Drive prioritization of research efforts in support of broader organizational goals
?? Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented user researchers
?? Be a highly respected senior partner and thought leader across departments
?? Champion and drive high-quality user experiences across Workiva??s ecosystem

Requirements: ?? Minimum 10+ years?? experience delivering high-quality research results ?? 5+ years?? experience in building and coaching teams for high-impact results ?? Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience ?? Portfolio/Strong case studies demonstrating measurable business impacts ?? Master's degree in a related degree field preferred ?? Demonstrated experience in scaling highly functioning user research teams ?? Experience in driving operational excellence for efficiency and effectiveness ?? Deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods ?? Proven experience in user research, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry ?? Ability to influence others, tying insights to business impact ?? Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills ?? Expert knowledge of user research best practices and methodologies
