Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for multiple entities.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and other relevant financial regulations.
• Assist in the formulation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audit processes.
• Implement and uphold internal controls to protect company assets.
• Aid in the preparation of tax returns and various regulatory submissions.
• Provide financial analysis and support for special projects as required.

Required Skills
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally within the construction services domain.
• Knowledge of owner financial reporting is a plus.
