Territory Sales Manager - LTC, Assisted Living, and Hospice SaaS Solutions

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for Long-Term Care (LTC), Assisted Living Care Facility Solutions, and Hospice SaaS Solutions in key markets. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with senior care providers, and positioning our SaaS solutions as essential tools for improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency across the continuum of care.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling solutions to senior living facilities, hospice care providers, and LTC organizations. A proven track record of success in healthcare sales, a wide network of connections in the senior care sector, and expertise in SaaS platforms tailored to these industries are essential.

Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Sales Leadership: • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to expand market presence in assisted living facilities, LTC organizations, and hospice care providers. • Lead the sales efforts for SaaS solutions, focusing on aligning offerings with the unique needs of senior care providers and regulatory requirements. • Relationship Building: • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior living facility administrators, hospice directors, and LTC decision-makers to identify and address operational challenges. • Leverage an extensive network in the senior care and hospice sectors to drive new business opportunities and partnerships. • Client Engagement: • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell advanced SaaS features and solutions. • Collaborate closely with customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention. • Market Expansion and Intelligence: • Identify and penetrate new regions and underserved markets in the senior care sector, with a specific focus on Texas. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regional regulations to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. • Performance Metrics and Reporting: • Track and analyze key sales metrics such as revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention rates. • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to executive leadership to guide strategic decision-making. • Regulatory Compliance and Ethical Sales: • Ensure all sales activities comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct in all client interactions.

Minimum Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required. • Experience: • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years selling SaaS solutions or healthcare services to senior living facilities, LTC organizations, or hospice care providers. • Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in healthcare or senior care markets. • Healthcare SaaS Expertise: Experience selling healthcare technology solutions that address operational workflows in senior care and hospice settings. • Network: Extensive connections with decision-makers in assisted living, LTC, and hospice sectors. • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of LTC, assisted living care operations, and hospice workflows, with the ability to align solutions to their unique challenges. • Sales Expertise: Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify client needs and present tailored SaaS solutions that drive operational improvements. • Leadership Skills: Experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams to achieve organizational goals. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with healthcare SaaS platforms, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and digital tools for client engagement and sales tracking. • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations to healthcare executives.
