Requirements: ?? Deep expertise in data analytics and strong understanding of data systems and processes ?? 3+ years of experience managing data analytics professionals ?? Experience in implementing and scaling self-service analytics platforms and data governance frameworks ?? Focus on accurate, complete, and timely analytics tools ?? Tailor management style to suit employees ?? Excel at stakeholder management ?? Build first mentality ?? Demand proactive involvement from your team ?? Expert experience in experimentation analytics is a plus ?? Excited by hard problems and big challenges ?? Experience in fintech, banking, or finance is a plus
