• Work collaboratively with the moderation team to enhance processes and share feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and assist in evaluating content trends.
• Participate in training and development sessions to learn best practices in content moderation.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• No prior experience required; a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining online community standards.
