Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced bookkeeper who possesses a genuine passion for providing high-quality financial support and contributing to the financial prosperity of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain financial records with a focus on accuracy using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
• Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
• Prepare, analyze, and extract insights from financial reports to inform decision-making.
• Identify and rectify discrepancies within income and expense accounts promptly.
• Prepare and submit Sales & Use, Property, and City/County Annual Taxes as required.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with timely tax payments.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain organized workflows and support overall company operations.
• Exhibit strong time management skills to consistently meet deadlines.

Required Skills
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Capability to prepare, review, and interpret financial reports.
• Experience in tax filing and payroll management is important.
• Strong organizational abilities with a commitment to precision and efficiency.
• Exceptional multitasking skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles is essential.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
