Key Responsibilities:

?? Handle international customer service calls with professionalism and empathy.

?? Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

?? Follow company guidelines to deliver exceptional service.

Required Skills:

?? Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate over the phone.

?? Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

?? Convincing Power: Ability to persuade and handle objections smoothly.

?? Politeness: Maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor with all customers.

?? Professionalism: Demonstrate a professional attitude in all interactions.

Requirements:

?? Equipment: Must have a laptop or desktop with a minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps.

?? Headset: Must have a USB headset.

?? Environment: Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from interruptions.

?? Availability: Must be able to work night shifts and commit to a full-time schedule.

?? Education: Prefer candidates who are not currently enrolled in college to ensure full dedication.
