Chewy Customer Support Specialist (Remote)
Join the Chewy team as a Customer Support Specialist and help pet parents get the best care for their furry friends! We are looking for friendly, compassionate, and driven individuals to provide top-notch support to our customers while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with product inquiries, order issues, and returns via phone, email, and chat. Offer knowledgeable advice on pet care, products, and services to ensure customer satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude. Ensure accurate and timely information is provided to customers regarding their orders and inquiries. Work with team members to maintain Chewys high standards of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. A love for pets is a bonus!
