Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred). Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using various customer service tools. Positive, team-oriented attitude.
